As part of the WHSL Marketing team, this role will develop and execute account-specific marketing programs across multiple consumer categories such as lifestyle, outdoors and skate.
You will work cross-functionally to align product priorities with marketing support through GTM touchpoints.

How You Will Make a Difference Lead the account marketing team focused on supporting the entire wholesale distribution.
Tight integration within the team and across sales must result in the creation of a fresh and transformative account marketing planning process.
Leads regional WHSL approach to product marketing by consumer category.
In close partnership with the regional Merchandising and Brand Marketing teams, the SR Manager, Account Marketing will create and present marketing plans that leverage regional input, and maximize full regional distribution (including CA).
The SR Manager, Account Marketing will then directly implement those plans in the region.
Cross-functionally, you will collaborate with regional Merch, Sales & Brand Marketing (amongst others) through seasonal GTM milestones.
Build and manage account-specific budgets in order to plan, execute, measure and analyze marketing strategies properly.
Establish, foster & grow strong relationships with external Wholesale accounts and internal functions across all levels.
Lead all marketing plans with a consumer-first mindset, remaining relevant with cultural trends, traveling the market and developing an understanding of account-specific target consumers.
Think creatively and proactively to find marketing solutions in a frequently evolving marketplace.
Build brand affinity by driving execution and visibility of Vans marketing initiatives throughout the US Wholesale environment.
Effective collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholders to achieve alignment towards a common goal.

Skills for Success Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7 years
Educational Position Requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
Ability to work in an open environment with cross-functional partners.
Comprehensive understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels, inclusive of on-site, social media, paid media, in-store and experiential.
Self-motivated and have a burning curiosity to innovate, learn and grow.
Strong communicator who is comfortable presenting regularly.
Must be a detail-oriented team player.
Your ability to project-manage, act tactically and problem solve are essential to this role.
The Vans product categories and consumer segmentation as it relates to our Wholesale business.
Introduction to internal cross-functional counterparts and Wholesale account partners.
Timeline of all critical GTM milestones, as well as develop understanding of our marketing calendar.
