The JobPosition Overview:- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. - The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, and a strong background in backend marketing tasks. - Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop is essential. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, product development, and design teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Utilize InDesign and Photoshop to create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional content. Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to support marketing operations and resolve any issues promptly. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the marketing operations function and implement best practices to enhance workflow and productivity. Ideal Candidate:Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with InDesign and Photoshop: Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating and editing marketing materials. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of marketing operations and content creation. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. You have at least 4 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing within Media & Entertainment industry. Experience within would be a strong advantage. You are a strong networker & relationship builder. You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard. You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.
