**Requirements**:

We're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate, and driven Marketing Analyst Associate to join our Marketing Team.

Working in the marketing team, you'll play a critical role in the progression of performance KPIs, marketing operations and marketing campaigns' analysis.

This role will be incredibly varied & fast-paced, from analyzing campaigns to evaluating digital plans for existing and new city launches.

As well as supporting wider business initiatives and objectives.

It is a hugely exciting opportunity for the right person to make a real impact and take the business to the next level in Italy.

- Highly analytical and data driven mindset

- 4+ years in the related field

- Able to analyze and evaluate plans

- Get under the detail of media plans and all the formats/specs required so you can oversee the measurement of KPIs.

- Work with the internal teams on day-to-day requirements, develop great relationships with them.

- Support the marketing team operations by analyzing metrics and results.

- Learn from daily and weekly data reporting meetings and optimize spendings in line with findings.

- Be 'hands on' as you'd expect in a young business that's got lots to achieve quickly.

- Be at ease with owning your contribution to the business.

- Support important ad hoc business initiatives.
