YOOX are now seeking a talented Marketing production lead to join the team.

Location: Milan office

Reporting into: Marketing Production Lead YOOX

Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:

- Collaborate across several teams: Art, Commercial & Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Retail, ADV

- Very good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver & Photoshop

- Weekly alignment with Production Lead and the team to ensure the delivery of campaign commitments

- Operative Support to the to execute of all tasks that contribute to the campaign development and go-live such as content optimization, copy localization, html coding, target creation, orchestration rules setup, platform configuration, testing and campaign activation

- Support GLOBAL CRM industrialize continuous test and learn and serve as an internal champion for campaign optimization initiatives and Martech ESP platforms.

The type of person we are looking for:

- +3 years experience in a previous production's team

- Driven; able to self-start, identifying opportunities and delivering change

- People focused; using their soft skills to influence and bring teams together

- Ability to work on iOS/Window operating system

- Very good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver & Photoshop

- Excellent organizational skills, flexibility and team working ability

- High level of precision and great attention to detail

- Experience with web content publication processes

- Ability to pick up new technologies and languages quickly and independently

- Ability to multi-task with solid organizational and time management skills

- Must stay flexible and organized even in a constantly changing environment
