Role purpose**:

The Marketing Product Manager will be responsible for owning the overall integration and launch of products in the market, within the marketing acquisition tribe.

He/She will have the full responsibility of P&L, product lifecycle, customer experience for Vodafone services and products related International mobile offer

**Behaviours & Competencies**:

- Analysis of demand and market benchmarks, with the aim of identifying the best targets for International offer and areas for improvement and evolution

- Attention to market trends to prospects' acquisition.

- Design and management of the offer portfolio, with a focus on the declination of the customer experience across all touchpoints and commercial strategies on the various channels.

- Ability to lead cross-functional work groups with the aim of ensuring maximum involvement and compliance with roadmaps

- Focus on commercial performance and compliance with the targets and the P&L of the offer

- Ability to optimize the mix of marketing levers and identify new go to market and go to sales approaches functional to direct commercial performance

- Results and KPIs monitoring and analysis

**Skills**:

- Good analytical capability with problem solving skills and commercial background

- Good negotiation skills with both internal and external parties

- Project management skills and hand on experience in implementing projects

- Good communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different functions

- Well organized with attention to details.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

**Education & Experience**:

- Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Economics or Engineering

- Fluent written and spoken English.
