Nature and aim of the position

The Marketing Project Manager reports to Marketing Director and he/she collaborates with Global Blue Sales teams in order to manage Marketing Projects flows, supporting internal and external stakeholders.

Main duties and responsibilities

Main duties:

- Develop full understanding of Global Blue marketing products

- Create/maintain relationship with sales team in terms of marketing products to share with customers

- Define internal and external flows in order to optimize marketing communication (central team to local team / marketing to sales / sales to clients)

- Feedback and follow up for product improvement/development

- Support and Develop relationship with clients related to different operational steps of a project

- Digital Marketing knowledge

- Able to communicate at different level both internally & externally

The holder of this position reports to Marketing Sales Manager and she/he collaborates with:

Education and qualifications

- University Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or equivalent.
