Marketing Project Planning Manager

Within the Central Operational Marketing team, we are searching for a Project Planning Manager, reporting to the Marketing project planning Senior Manager.
This role has the strategic aim to orchestrate key marketing projects, delivering dedicated Go-to-market packages for each launch and the overall brand client experience, developing related strategy and action plans to grant One Brand Experience approach.
**MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
JWA PROJECTS AND LAUNCH PACKAGES MANAGEMENT
- Contribute to build and revise Global Marketing Communication Calendar, according to Company Key Objectives
- Contribute to orchestrate Key Projects for each year according to Brand & Communication Strategy and Objectives, with the aim to elevate the Brand, with a consistent One-Brand approach
- Design and deliver the Launch Packages**:
- **including all main information on products, objectives, strategy, content, experience dynamics, while coordinating all key stakeholders to ensure full alignment to the overall strategy
- Ensure a fully comprehensive and actionable package for Markets
- Contribute to define and deliver a clear Retroplanning and key milestones for each Project and ensure full respect
- For all K Projects, consolidate and monitor an Orchestration Plan with all specific information to be shared with Central teams & BUs

ONE BRAND CLIENT EXPERIENCE
- Contribute to develop client experience strategy and innovative action plans to enhance overall customer experience across all touchpoints while activating them
- Work closely and synergically with the Operational marketing pole to ensure correspondence within the projects' local activations briefs, client engagement dynamics and global consistency
- Work in synergy with IBU and BraCo k players to ensure synergies among physical, digital activations and content strategy
3.
OPERATIONAL MARKETING INVESTMENT
- Track and analyze monthly Media (Central & Local plans) and Local Events Investment, with the objective to provide a specific outlook by media / by events / by month
- Deliver Media Monthly Digital results, on a monthly basis, to the operational marketing team and LVMH Executive Committee
- Manage the monitoring and planning tool and related optimization, to ensure effective review, analysis and fruition of the marketing investment data for the k stakeholders
Profilo
**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Economics or similar
- 5+ Marketing experience in similar position within an international environment (knowledge of Bulgari/luxury market is a plus)
- Project management skills with the ability to manage & prioritize multiple projects and tasks
- Strong organizational skills (planning, project and time management expertise) and analytics skills
- Innovative, dynamic and proactive approach
- Solution-focused with strong communication skills
- Detailed oriented
- Fluent in Italian and English
