Established in February 2021, Androlabs swiftly established its direct presence in core European markets and built relationships with key opinion leaders in the men's health sector with two prescription medicines for testosterone replacement therapy and erectile dysfunction. Androlabs is the commercial franchise of Simple Pharma, the marketing authorization holder for products.
Simple Pharma specializes in providing best-in-class, tech-enabled distribution and compliance services on behalf of product owners such as Androlabs.
Both are part of an entrepreneurial life sciences holding company called Tithonia Group Ltd ("Tithonia").
The group was founded by Charlie Bryant and Nicolas Vennin and contains a global team of 35 employees across 7 countries. For the Italian branch of Androlabs, Pharma Point is seeking for a Marketing Solution Lead – ITALY Sostituzione Maternità. The Marketing Solution Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing all marketing activities, congresses and event planning, and market access/account management within Italy.
This role also involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and regulatory authorities, ensuring effective communication and coordination across marketing operations, regulatory tasks, and sales analysis. ResponsibilitiesCongress and Event Management:Collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs), scientific societies, and doctors to evaluate, organise, lead congresses and events, including logistics, materials, and attendee coordination. Oversee end-to-end event planning, including budget analysis and forecast, contract negotiations, documentation process, and investment decisions, coordinating with Regulatory office. Key Account Management:Lead the monthly review of tenders' reports and collaborate with partners on tender-related issues, managing and updating status internally for tracking and reporting purposes. Actively monitor ongoing tender submissions and deadlines, ensuring timely communication with regional public offices. Marketing Activities:Collaborate with the international marketing team to develop and propose new marketing materials, ensuring alignment with Italian market needs. Oversee the review and translation of marketing content and ensure edits are completed according to feedback, coordinating with Regulatory teams for AIFA submissions and reviews. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and evaluate partnerships (e. g. , IQVIA) to refine market strategies. Lead new product launch evaluations and contribute to quarterly portfolio review meetings. Sales Analysis:Analyse weekly sales reports and provide regional tracking insights to the sales team. Collaborate with the Head of Sales to establish quarterly sales targets and implement performance-tracking mechanisms. Perform monthly sales analysis, including the preparation of country-specific report updates. Stakeholder Engagement:Foster daily relationships with doctors and KOLs to ensure continuous communication and feedback. Coordinate meetings with scientific societies, evaluating and approving key project proposals. Address stock issues or concerns raised by healthcare providers and KOLs. Regulatory Support:Act as the key liaison with regulatory teams to support local requests and ensure compliance with AIFA requirements. Prepare and submit annual and 6-month reports to AIFA, ensuring timely fee payments and adherence to regulations. Skills Experience Required:Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing responsibility or country management role, within the pharmaceutical sector. Fluent in both Italian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail around market access activities, including account management. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, healthcare providers, and cross-functional teams. Demonstrated experience in congress and event management, budget oversight, and contract negotiation. Strong understanding of Italian regulatory processes, particularly AIFA.
