This role reports to the Sr Marketing Manager Italy with a dotted line to Sr Marketing Manager Professional & Patient Education EMEA.
This position is responsible for defining and delivering the professional and patient education marketing strategy for the Dexcom Products in Italy region.
Your Responsibilities: Develop regional professional education strategy to support HCPs in primary and eventually secondary care. Develop and deliver an implementation plan for education in the region. Lead development and implement programs to support marketing, advocacy, and education of CGM. Conduct market research and develop metrics to drive strategy and measure effectiveness. Provide marketing and education resources to support sales teams' educational efforts. Create and manage the annual budget. Your Profile: You have a degree in Life Sciences, MD, RD, RN, PharmD, NP, or other relevant clinical degree. You have a minimum 3-5 years' experience in professional education/marketing. You have experience related to diabetes technology, including CGM. You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You are an expert in developing educational content and marketing programs. You have experience in developing and running commercial advisory boards with KOLs. You have robust group presentation skills. You are team-focused and a strong collaborator. You can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Medical device or pharma experience is preferred. Italian and English fluent, other languages preferred. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Travel Required: 0 – 25%
