THE MISSIONWe are looking for a Travel Marketing Specialist to help Scalapay continue its growth trajectory in the Travel industry, by onboarding new B2B partners and helping over 7 Million Scalapayers find their next amazing experience, through our marketing and communication assets.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGOwn the travel marketing strategy both B2C and B2B by leveraging our internal and external marketing teams for execution. B2B: Fuel and coordinate the B2B acquisition funnel while nurturing existing deals. B2C: Optimize our B2C affiliation business increasing quantity and quality of referrals from our touchpoints. Analyze and summarize performances, with an effective test and learn approach. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORMinimum Qualifications: BS/BA in Marketing or relevant working experience. 3-5 years of marketing experience in advertising agency, e-commerce, and/or start-up company. Successfully managed the plan and execution of a travel marketing plan, including digital marketing campaigns. Analytical skills to track ROI and KPI through CRM, Amplitude/Google Analytics, Excel, SQL. Excellent writing and communication skills in both Italian & English. Proactivity and willingness to learn on the job. Nice-to-have: Previous experience in a travel start-up/scale-up. Experience working for companies with both B2B and B2C businesses. Knowledge of another language such as Spanish or French is a plus. Soft Skills: Ability to create magic from scratch with an entrepreneurial and creative approach. Data-driven and able to prioritize ruthlessly. Curious, passionate about technology, and strive to improve experiences for merchants and customers alike. You are autonomous, self-motivated, and a team player.
