Marketing Specialist

Sales&Marketing Director
**PURPOSE
Plans, schedules and executes marketing programs, including multiple events such as direct mail, telemarketing, seminars and trade shows.
Consults sales management on their needs and offers creative ideas.
Establishes systems for lead tracking, marketing databases, cost analyses, market analyses and other marketing analyses.
**PRIMARY / DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES
**Marketing programs**:_ _Promotes Nash/Garo through internet leads, direct requests and magazine inquiries.
Directs customers to distributors to answer questions.
Works with staff at all levels and provides information on company products and service.
Assists inquirers with access and navigation of the Garo/Nash website.
**Literature**:Coordinates and update all product/literature packages.
Introduces new products and implements mailing campaigns, followed up by telemarketing within a specified time, to generate a targeted percent of hot leads.
Locates ads from Energy trade magazines, catalogue ads, and maintains the inquiry source magazine tables.
Constantly strives to improve customer satisfaction and Nash/Garo's commitment to total quality customer service.
**Projects**:_ _Coordinates and implements various projects including Surveys, promoting new business, updating customer lists.
Updates the customer-lead file and the company competitor files.
May send acknowledgment letters to customers, sales lead notices to Distributors and Representatives, and labels for outgoing literature.
**Analyses**:_ _Works with sales management to establish leads, marketing databases and analyzes various market information.
- Other responsibilities as assigned or required. _

**RESPONSIBILITIES
Walk the manufacturing floor on a regular basis to establish HSE presence and provide support.
Conduct daily and monthly HSE Meetings/Trainings and schedule as needed.
Write, implement, and manage HSE Programs, Policies and Procedures
Perform facility HSE Inspections
Ability to evaluate PPE and ensure proper use and maintenance of PPE
Assist in emergency response and provide first aid treatment.
Help develop Job Hazard Analysis (JHA)
Follow Fall Protection program, inspect all fall protection equipment and maintain inspection records.
Ability to oversee Safety Incentive Programs.
Perform additional duties as assigned by HSE manager.

Liaise with Sr. Marketing Manager, Demand Generation & Marketing Communications
Liaise with VP of Global Marketing & Demand Generati
**DELIVERABLES
The person is expected to
- Develop marketing strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
- Work closely with the sales team on program development and implementation
- Create and execute lead generation programs
- Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency
- Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
- Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team

- contribute to staff conferences to educate management about research findings and discuss proposals for branding and promoting products
**QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline
- 3+ years' experience in a marketing role
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and web analysis tools
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
