PositionSummary:
The role will be based inItaly, preferablyLombardiaregion. We'rein search of someone with 2-3 yearsHealthcare Professionalmarketing experience who is motivated to make change happen and relies upon using empathy and connection to solve problems. You will support the Marketing Manager forItalywith work that includes building brand awareness, creating campaigns and supporting product launches for theHCPs and consumeraudiencein Italy.
Aproventrack recordof using digital and social channels tomaximizeaudience reach and engagementwill be preferred. The rolewill supportItalybusinessobjectivesthrough better meeting patient needs with our life changing CGM product.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Localizationof global assets to supportItalyproduct launches asrequired
Responsible for the delivery and activation of HCP events calendar to support brand strategy
Internal Commsof Product Management updates: CLARITY, App, Phone updates
Point of contact for Field Sales Team
Warehouse and stock management
Budgetary responsibility for ensuring campaigns & projectsaredelivered within spending limits
Field Sales Team support forall HCP campaign materials
Actively contribute to the development ofannual marketingplan and product launch plans
Management of the HCP marketing budget tracker ensuring all spend is captured, trackedand reported monthly
Liaise closely with all business support functions to enable approval of marketing materials
Manage agency relationships
RequiredQualifications:
? ? To perform this job successfully, youmust be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard. The successful candidate will have:
? 2-3 years Healthcare Professional marketing experience with a demonstrated record of modern marketing execution and/or classical marketing training.
? Strong analytical skills, with a good grasp of Excel/data packages
? Understanding of web analytics
? Experience in/or aptitude to learn key technologies: SalesforceMarketing Cloud, Google Analytics
? A good knowledge of building, and gaining alignment to, a suite of reporting metrics that drive ROI and inform performance
? A deep appreciation for detail and executional excellence. You will be insights-driven and excited to deliver exceptional quality at speed
? Experience working withCompliance teamsand marketing agenciesadvantageous.
? You will be:
? Highly motivated, results-oriented – a self-starter who embraces a fast-paced environment and is unfazed working with tight deadlines
? A team player, with a strong attention to detail and great presentation skills
? A good communicator with the ability to network
? Highlyorganisedwith exceptional planning skills?

Must be able to communicate effectively in English
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operatingand maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
