Customer Experience is crucial to our success.

In this role, You will be responsible for the customer experience strategy and content creation across all touchpoints to support growth, marketing and sales goals related to specific projects.

Among Your duties: the creation of clear and targeted messaging for employees, customers and stakeholders, the proposition of the right experience for the best satisfaction to our customers and the creation of a strong brand and solution positioning and the business conversion.

Marketing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Leverage the strategic marketing team to get quantitative and qualitative analysis (through research and scientific observation) of main stakeholders and business environment.

- Based on data analysis, strategically design processes to improve quality and operational efficiency.

- Develop the value proposition in collaboration with Product Management.

- Identify customer touchpoints and methods of engagement.

- Build the annual marketing communication plan.

Plan and coordinate multi-channel promotional campaigns.

- Be the main internal point of reference related to your project, integrating the entire end to end journey (from value proposition to contents creation).

- Detect and design the best process to support our strategy.

**Your background**:

- A bachelor or master degree in business, design, marketing, MBA is a plus;

- Fluent English;

- Project management and coordination skills, able to make efficient keynotes;

- Super excited marketing lover and team-player, able to think big eager to generate innovative strategic solutions;

- Able to see the process as an opportunity to improve our performances and reach our strategical goals.
