Who We're Looking For We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the BasicNet Group in the headquarter offices in Turin.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
He/she will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns and communication materials to support the launch of collections, overviewing the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute localized marketing strategies;Plan and manage product launches, ensuring alignment with global strategies while tailoring campaigns to the Italian market;Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including paid social media, influencer collaborations, and email marketing, to drive engagement and sales;Manage relationships with local media, PR agencies, and influencers to secure press coverage, brand partnerships, and product placements;Support retail and e-commerce initiatives, developing promotional strategies, in-store activations, and online campaigns to boost sales;Manage content creation, including brand guidelines, presentations, selling points, advertising materials, in-store assets, press materials, and e-commerce materials;Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly;Collaborate with sales, distribution teams, and local agents to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive sell-through;Monitor and report on campaign performance, optimizing strategies based on key metrics and insights;Manage event activations leveraging local opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role (2-3 years);Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks;Excellent knowledge of the English language;Graphic skills (Adobe Creative Suite).
