Marketing Specialist
Position Overview : The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated marketing strategies to drive business growth and product success.
This strategic and hands-on role will work closely with international partners, product and development teams, as well as the business and customer success teams, to ensure effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new features and initiatives.
Responsibilities Strategy and Planning Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support the launch of new features in collaboration with the product and development teams.
Provide marketing support to the business and customer success teams through targeted campaigns, marketing materials, and presentations.
Collaborate with international partners to coordinate joint events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with company brand guidelines.
Operational Management Create and manage high-quality content for blogs, social media, and newsletters aligned with product and business goals.
Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, brochures, and one-pagers to support internal teams.
Organize and coordinate events (both internal and external), working with partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure their success.
Partner with the development team to define and communicate the value and benefits of new features clearly and effectively to customers.
Analysis and Optimization Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and launches, using data to optimize strategies and improve results.
Prepare detailed reports to share insights with management, internal teams, and external partners.
Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with the product team to understand and communicate the features and benefits of new functionalities.
Collaborate with the customer success team to develop campaigns and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and success.
Support the business team with marketing assets that drive conversion rates and streamline the sales cycle.
Requirements A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing roles (preferably in B2B or tech industries).
Proven experience managing both strategic and operational marketing activities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively with international partners.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e. g. , Google Analytics, Mailchimp).
Experience in managing Go-To-Market (GTM) projects and working with product and development teams.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies based on insights.
