Marketing Specialist

For our Pisa based office we are looking for a Marketing Specialist.
As a Marketing Specialist you will work with the Marketing Manager in leading the Company marketing efforts, supporting the activities of the sales and product management department to expand our international footprint, increase our visibility, and acquire new customers.
What we want you to do:
The Marketing Specialist in IDS GeoRadar supports the product development roadmap with the creation of the marketing assets responding to market needs, working by objectives and tracking KPIs of success.
In particular:
Manage the communication calendar (offline & online advertising) and marketing activities for visibility and lead acquisition (events, campaign)Execute & coordinate with Marketing Manager and Product Management & Business Divisions the Product Launch Calendar and activities for releaseUnderstand customers' needs, values and benefits sought for the product, service & solution offeringsCollaborate with product specialists, sales, and management to produce relevant contents that meets the needs of our customers and partners (brochures, website contents, success stories…)Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from creative, BU and production to product management and legal – to produce effective promotional materialsExecute central digital strategy for all campaigns, including social media, online assets, website & content. Provide regular updates (written and verbal) to Marketing Manager on progress against milestones, risks to delivery and project plansManage external suppliers & agencies What would we like to see:Degree in Marketing, Design, Communication or equivalentExperience (+2 years) in the field of marketing and communication, preferably in B2B with high technology productsProven experience in Web-marketing with a focus on digital and social mediaPrevious experience in running campaigns across multiple channels from simple email campaigns to full-fledged event type campaigns (tradeshow, webinar…)Good understanding of graphic design and basic video editing skills.
Knowledge of Adobe Suite will be considered a plus (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)Skilled at using Microsoft Office suite & knowledge of Marketing automation tools (Pardot, Sprout, etc.
) Languages:Italian: Mother tongueEnglish: Good written and spoken skillsThe knowledge of Spanish/French will be considered a plus
