Digital marketing team is a squad crucial to our success.
They are responsible for creating, maintaining and evolving all digital marketing capabilities across our business area and across all our marketing activities.
The key areas of the game are the definition of the connection planning per each project and campaign, the media buying, the demand generation through our marketing automation tools and processes and the evolution of our digital commerce strategy and execution.
In this role you are responsible for building and executing the delivery of the annual strategy and plan related to marketing automation.
On top of this, you will work hand in hand with your peers responsible of media buying, the other digital marketing specialist to accelerate the growth and acceleration of CRM and Marketing automation activities.

Marketing Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Be the functional expert of Marketing automation and CRM strategies, processes and tools.
Plan, set-up and run customized nurturing workflows and automated programs that deliver conversion rate and CRM objectives leveraging and extending the existing Marketing database and capabilities.
- Define omnichannel contact strategy working with our external agency, media, customer experience and strategic marketing.
- Performance analysis of marketing automation activities and Customer Base, identification of key insights into database optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within CRM and Marketing Automation databases
- Leverage digital analytics to increase demand generation, define and build lead management processes in order to improve efficiency/ROI on marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities and insights to support marketing and commercial team in defining new strategies to achieve commercial goals.
- Report, monitor and create dashboards to support the lead funnel analysis.
- Constantly interact with global EL Marketing Automation team and community to share best practice and be active part of international campaigns.

**Your background**:
- A degree in Management Engineering or Economics;
- 2-3 years of experience on digital marketing with a specific focus on CRM and Marketing Automation strategies, processes and tools;
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot;
- Knowledge of digital adv, creative and marketing tools, processes and analytics solutions is a key plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
- Strategic and creative thinking, curiosity, status quo challenger, innovation are the keywords;
- Strong sense of project management and multi discipline coordination are crucial to keep all the pieces together;
- Strong ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies and clients.
Able to actively propose opportunities, new ideas and execute them.
