Your role and responsibilitiesWe are looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and coordinate the execution of the strategic marketing efforts for our Industry & Control Unit.
Working in the Create Awareness and Sell Agile Team will bridge the gap between the development of our innovative engineering solutions and our customers in the industrial sector bringing innovation, digital transformation, customer value management, and customer experience. The role will be based in European time zone. The work model for the role is onsite/hybrid/remote. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power (ELSP) globally. Main responsibilities:• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the Industry and Control Agile Unit, driving market share growth and ensuring effective positioning in a competitive landscape. • Collaborate across Agile teams, global marketing, and sales units to align on customer-centric strategies, technical specifications, and key marketing objectives. • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing approaches, whilst ensuring countries marketing setup and competences meet expectations for growth in the industry & control market. • Foster relationships with stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to gather insights, while ensuring country-specific marketing setups meet growth expectations. • Evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns using performance data, analytics, and customer feedback, overseeing customer experience strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications for the role5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in industrial B2B environments. Knowledge of the electrification industry and the industrial sector is mandatory. Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data for decision-making.
