**Job Description**:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing on campaigns and activities within IFS focus industries with the purpose of generating new qualified leads as well as running ABM activities to strengthen our position in existing sales cycles.
- Demand generation - Drive leads and pipeline creation (Top and through the funnel) focusing on net new customers.
Manage digital marketing platforms, tools and campaigns including social media and search engine marketing.
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to build industry campaigns, and then own the localization and implementation in country.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
- Stay on top of market trends and industry developments in order to produce and execute on the right activities in the right channels with the right message
- Budget Responsibility.
Plan, forecast and submit budget requirements.
- Manage and maintain excellent relationships with marketing leaders of key clients for referrals and testimonials
- Manage external productions, deliveries and development of sales and marketing material.
**Qualifications**:
- 2-4 years experience in the business to business marketing environment preferably within the software industry or from companies in the manufacturing/Service/Energy industries.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like Marketo is preferable
- University degree within business or marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Oral and written fluency in English and Italian is required, additional European language is a plus (Spanish or French)
- Project Management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure, meet deadlines and able to work independently and proactive.
- Good presentation skills and ability and confidence to interact with internal/external customers
- As a person, you act proactively with a positive mindset and always have the willingness to win, align with our IFS Core Values.
- Ability to work across a matrix organization.
