We are looking for a Marketing Specialist - CardioPolmunary to join our International Marketing Hub in Mirandola (MO) plant.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

- Assist the International Marketing team in customer meetings and visits, product presentations, internal and external trainings on new and existing products/therapies;

- Support future product launches, demo sessions, first installations and clinical cases at customer site;

- Plan, organize and manage marketing campaigns and user meetings;

- Assist with the production of marketing materials and literature

- Coordinate the materials approval process and the storage on digital library/warehouses

- Provide support for marketing events and exhibitions as required

- Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature providing input wherever necessary

- Prepare regular marketing activity reports, monitor competitive activities and respond to questions from the sales organization;

- Identify, evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives; provides pre

- and post-sale marketing support to International direct sales teams, distributors, agents and resellers with responsiveness and a can-do attitude;

- Deliver cross-functional communication to leverage internal LivaNova resources to achieve unit and revenue growth targets, integrating various activities from R&D, Global Strategic Marketing, Health economics/reimbursement, Regulatory, clinical, operations, sales & marketing to ensure industrial and commercial launch.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A degree in science, engineering or clinical perfusion.

- Previous experience, at least 2 years of working experience, in Healthcare multi-national companies desired

- Fluency in English and Italian is a must

- Effective project management skills

- Communication and analytical skills

- Sound understanding of marketing principles

- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office

- Strong administration and organizational skills.

- Dynamic and pragmatic problem-solving attitude

- A team player in a multi-cultural environment
