The duties include researching market trends and creating marketing campaign content like social media posts and assisting in executing marketing events for a corporation. Assisting in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc. KEY TASKS AND REQUIREMENTS - Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display and You Tube to achieve business objectives such as lead generation and brand awareness - Perform keyword research and audience targeting to create highly effective ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals - Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and conversion rates - Create compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the creative team to drive engagement and click-through rates across multiple campaigns - Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field; certifications in Google Ads or Analytics are highly desirable - Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of achieving measurable results; familiarity with other PPC platforms - Strong analytical skills and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio to interpret data and inform decisions - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation strategies
