We're in search of someone with 2-3 years Healthcare Professional marketing experience who is motivated to make change happen and relies upon using empathy and connection to solve problems.
You will support the Marketing Manager for Italy with work that includes building brand awareness, creating campaigns and supporting product launches for the HCPs and consumer audience in Italy.
A proven track record of using digital and social channels to maximize audience reach and engagement will be preferred.
The rolewill support Italy business objectives through better meeting patient needs with our life changing CGM product. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Localization of global assets to support Italy product launches as requiredResponsible for the delivery and activation of HCP events calendar to support brand strategyInternal Comms of Product Management updates: CLARITY, App, Phone updatesPoint of contact for Field Sales TeamWarehouse and stock managementBudgetary responsibility for ensuring campaigns & projects are delivered within spending limitsField Sales Team support for all HCP campaign materials Actively contribute to the development of annual marketing plan and product launch plansManagement of the HCP marketing budget tracker ensuring all spend is captured, tracked and reported monthlyLiaise closely with all business support functions to enable approval of marketing materials Manage agency relationshipsRequired Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty to a satisfactory standard.
The successful candidate will have:? 2-3 years Healthcare Professional marketing experience with a demonstrated record of modern marketing execution and/or classical marketing training. ? Strong analytical skills, with a good grasp of Excel/data packages? Understanding of web analytics ? Experience in/or aptitude to learn key technologies: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics? A good knowledge of building, and gaining alignment to, a suite of reporting metrics that drive ROI and inform performance? A deep appreciation for detail and executional excellence.
You will be insights-driven and excited to deliver exceptional quality at speed? Experience working with Compliance teams and marketing agencies advantageous.
