HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Content Strategy & Amplification: You will develop and implement narrative and content strategies for the PA, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (including BCG marketing) to highlight key topics across channels.

Further, you will maintain the Financial Institutions & Insurance page on the INVERTO website, ensuring it reflects the latest trends and initiatives.

Campaign Management: You will steer PR agency relationships and influencer partnerships to drive brand awareness and maximize reach, including organic, paid, and influencer social media, email campaigns, and PR.

Stakeholder Engagement: You build relationships with PA leaders, Marketing Directors, and BCG counterparts to align and activate strategies.

You also collaborate with the core marketing team to tailor content and create unique experiences for local audiences, both internally and externally.

Performance Analysis: You regularly review marketing performance, present insights, and recommend optimizations to leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

You hold a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field , with 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a matrix organization or professional services environment.

You show strong expertise in developing and executing global marketing strategies , with a demonstrated ability to drive engagement and lead generation.

Your familiarity with the Financial Institutions & Insurance industry or experience marketing to this sector is highly desirable.

You have exceptional project management and organizational skills , with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

You demonstrate excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (native or near-native level).

Proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.

You are a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays attention to detail, and takes ownership of projects with confidence and creativity.
