OF04 Confidential SALES & MARKETING, on behalf of a multinational ICT company, specialized in digitizing companies workflows, is looking for a MARKETING SPECIALIST that will support the Marketing Manager Italy in the implementation of the marketing plan for the Italian market.

Main activities and responsibilitiesManage Marketing Operations workload:

- Support the Marketing Manager with activities execution in the country (events, workshop, digital campaigns, webinars, etc. ).

Manage Lead flows coming from activities and engage with Sales teams.

Manage Communications around results.

Review localization of marketing assets (e-book, website, newsletter, etc. ).

Manage the activities SOW and PO in the system. Manage Channel Marketing plan:

- Support Channel activities execution across the different Partners in Italy.

Manage Channel Plans follow-up with relevant stakeholders.

Results and Opportunities upload in the system.

- Manage Activities financials with the Partners.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of experience in Marketing, Communications, Leisure/Event Management or a related field, preferably in the industry.

Bachelor / Master Degree in Marketing / Communication or similar.

English fluent, with excellent verbal and written communicationskills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office products.

Preferable knowledge of Allocadia and Marketo. As a Marketing Specialist, you should have experience with:

- Marketing activity Management & Execution, with particular focus on events

- Agency/vendor day to day management and negotiation

- Process-oriented approach to ensure internal procedures are followed

- External communication knowledge, offline, online and social media channels

- Reporting tools and processes experience is an assetYou should also be methodical, structured, proactive and eager to contribute to team success. Offer:
