As **Marketing Specialist Industrial & Commercial EMEA (M/F/d) **in our Fluid & Motion Control (FLMC) business unit, y ou will become part of diverse and one of the fastest-growing markets globally.

This role will help you hone your marketing & product management skills and your ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

In this team, you will cooperate closely with Emerson's product management, business development team and our customers!

Based **in Europe close to an Emerson FLMC office **(Ölbronn-Dürrn or Laatzen in Germany, Bussero in Italy, Luce or Bonneville in France, Skelmersdale in the UK, Ede in Netherlands and other locations), you will focus on segments such as Industrial Machinery, Combustion, Air filtration, Food Equipment, Hydrogen and Alternative Energy.

Our customers are heavily investing in and looking for solutions that help them improve efficiency, reliability, and reduced footprint of their systems.

Emerson is developing technologies that help them operate their products and facilities safely, improve their energy efficiency and enable the use of alternate energy, including Hydrogen.

Our solutions will provide customers with the entire ecosystem with smart hardware, controls, and sophisticated analytics & software.

You will help to develop the strategic direction of the business and introduce technology that will shape this market.

You will support the marketing initiatives and help define the new product pipeline and support the launch of key products.

**IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL**:

- Help to prepare opportunities for new product development, conduct market, product, competitor, and customer research to determine unmet customer needs and translate into product requirements

- Assist to introduce and manage products (Software & Hardware) for controlling, sensing and monitoring requirements

- Provide marketing support to move active programs through the Gate process and participate at Marketing Requirement Events (MREs)

- Assist to build product line architecture plan (roadmap) for platform products

- Support Product Marketing Managers in Marketing Data Sheet (MDS) creation

- Assist promotional activities including Sales & Marketing Launch Packages, trade shows, advertising, and relevant literature

**FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or Engineering

- Several years' experience in B2B marketing and relevant technical background

- Previous product marketing experience would be beneficial

- Experience working in Commercial, Industrial or Process markets is a plus

- Proficient in English language
