Position Title**:Marketing Specialist** Italy

**Position description**:

We are looking for an all-round Marketing Specialist who takes care of the activation of the Marketing programs in Italy.

This includes digital activation of owned

- and non-owned media (including content management of the websites), organizing Enphase events, activating PR programs, developing sales and marketing collateral, developing local content calendar's and activating Enphase and its products on social media.

Marketing activities are mainly focused towards installers, utility companies and increasingly also to home owners to create preference Enphase products.

Key part of the home-owner marketing approach is to develop lead generation and co-marketing activities.

- Execute all Marketing programs for Italy and track the results of these programs

- Be responsible for the Italian website (performance, content, conversion, SEO, etc) in close collaboration with the European Online Marketing manager.

- Take care of the product communication and activation in the Italian market

- Create an annual content calendar for Italy and executes the creation of this content

- Develop local Italian co-marketing initiatives together with key installers and utility companies and track results

- Execute local PR initiatives towards installers and homeowners

- Takes care of social media content creation, activation and performance tracking

- Champion teamwork and build strong internal and external relationships

**Credentials**:

- All-round Marketing professional who is passionate about Marketing activation and getting things done in a high qualitative manner

- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

- Data driven person with a passion for delivering concrete and measurable results

- Knowledge and experience with online Marketing activation is preferred

**Desired experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing (Communications) or similar studies
