We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist** for our offices in Milano (Assago), for a permanent contract.

The Marketing Specialist will support the Category Manager for the marketing management of Fresh & Fresh Cut range in Del Monte Italia with all activities that relate to the development of consumer visible touch points, brand building activities, trade marketing programs and new products introduction in Italian market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and coordinate production and delivery of in store materials, sales incentives & trade presentation documents and catalogues.

- Organize brand activation in sports events & social responsibility collaboration

- Create and push public relation content and program of relationship with journalists

- Develop initiatives for the Del Monte loyalty club program.

- Analyze market data information and consumer research insights

- Assist Manager in coordinating various events and trade show

- Support Manager in budget follow up and administrative tasks

**Required skills and competencies**:

- 1st experience in FMCG Marketing in internship or training program

- Fluent in English, Worked in international environment

- Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing

- excellent written and verbal communication

- Good organizational and planning skills

- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines

- Good knowledge of marketing communications

- The ability to be a team player

- Good creative skills
