What you will be doing

The core focus of the role will initially be to take care of all marketing & communication channels and activities for the french-speaking markets with the mission to boost the awareness and the usage of Satispay, for both users (B2C) and merchants' (B2B) audiences.

You will therefore leverage all channels (OOH, social media, digital ads, CRM, partnerships, events, PR).

In particular you will focus on:

develop and execute detailed quarterly marketing & communication plans

lead and localize operations by implementing local marketing activities, coordinating online advertising campaigns, building social media presence of the brand but also community management, and consumer & merchant communications via CRM activities

liaise with the Business Development team and the Creative team for customized local initiatives and operations (events, merchandising, promotional materials)

be the main point of contact with all the local partners and cooperate with our PR agency to launch media campaigns (outdoor, digital, print, social media, events)

analyze and report on ROI of marketing campaigns and initiatives

2-3 years experience in project management and in digital marketing & communication in a fast-growing environment

fluent in French (native-equivalent) and English.

Knowledge of any other language is considered a plus

proactive - you grab opportunities, run with them and make things happen

analytical - you look at data critically and insightfully
