***Finalità della posizione

***:

- **Collaborate with the Innovation Mktg Team in the definition of new concepts (Insight, Benefit and Reason why)

***:

- **By leveraging on customer/market insights on an agile approach in partnership with internal teams and external suppliers, participate in the definition of the identity cards of the buyer personas (targets)

***:

- **Tailor the customer journey in compliance with priorities for every market channels and align it with the countries on a practical level

***:

- **Support the launch of each new feature/product/service providing full directin and guidance to Marketing team

***:

- **Always partnering with business unit departments

***:

- **Ensure the consistency between communication tools and the Unique Selling Proposition

***:

- **Monitor the work in progress creation of touchpoints and the countries development

***Requisiti

**- **Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or related disciplines

***:

- **Previous experience (1-2 years), preferably in structured multinational companies

***:

- **Knowledge inbound and outbound marketing approach and international markets

***:

- **Experience working collaboratively with individuals and teams

***:

- **English proficiency at least B2 level

***:

- **Clear minded, well organized in planning and focused on execution

***:

- **Attentive to details and self-motivated with project management skills
