OME is seeking a Marketing Specialist with a strong background in both LinkedIn marketing and design.

This exciting role will allow you to combine your creative talents with your knowledge of digital marketing, especially on LinkedIn, to help us drive our marketing efforts at trade fairs, expos, and beyond.

As a key member of our marketing team, you will take charge of managing and optimizing our LinkedIn presence, creating engaging content, and running high-impact campaigns that amplify our brand.

Additionally, you'll design visual assets for our participation in industry events and expos, ensuring we stand out both online and offline.

The perfect candidate is someone who is willing and comfortable with working independently, taking initiative, and managing multiple projects while maintaining a high standard of work.

Key Responsibilities: Lead LinkedIn Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute LinkedIn campaigns that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and generate leads, including content creation, sponsored posts, and organic outreach.

Optimize LinkedIn Presence: Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn profile and company page, ensuring consistent messaging and high engagement across all posts and interactions.

Design Marketing Materials for Events: Create visually compelling marketing assets for trade fairs, expos, and other industry events (e. g. , brochures, banners, booth designs, presentations) that align with our brand identity.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all LinkedIn and event materials, supporting both digital and in-person marketing efforts.

Qualifications: Proven experience in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience managing and executing successful LinkedIn marketing campaigns, including paid and organic strategies.

Strong graphic design skills, with expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create visually compelling materials for both online and offline use.

Deep understanding of LinkedIn's platform, algorithms, and analytics tools for B2B marketing.

Experience designing marketing collateral for trade shows, expos, or similar events.

Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Ability to work independently.
