VLS is a luxury travel agency and conciergerie based in the historic center of Venice and operating internationally.

The clientele is predominantly American and the format is B2B, so the work will be mainly with travel agencies.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will work in direct contact with the management and colleagues from other departments.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Google positioning and SEO

- Maintaining contact with our representative company

- Creation and development of promotional materials

- Preparation of material for exhibitions

- Monitoring marketing campaigns of partners and competitors

- Creation of newsletters (2-3 per year)

- Maintaining contacts with partners

- Contact with the press and publication of articles

- Managing the website and updating conrnys and plugins

- Support in app development

- Data entry and CRM management

- Management of the company's social media

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in similar positions.

- Fluency in Italian and English.

The interview will be in English, so any applicants who do not have advanced language skills will be immediately screened out - Graphic skills, advanced user of Adobe Suite

- Advanced Wordpress skills

- Proficiency in Drive Suite (Sheets, Documents, Presentation, Calendar), Mac OS and Zoom.

- Experience in a luxury market and tourism industry is a plus.

On-site work may also be required from time to time.
