Marketing Specialty Intern We are looking for a Marketing Specialty Intern to support the development and implementation of promotion plans for pharmaceutical brands with a focus on promotional initiatives, materials, and partnership projects aimed at Health Care Professionals (HCPs). Main activities: Management of the procedural process of approval/activation of contracts/materials related to the project (contracts with the vendor, internal and external procedures), using supporting company systems. Preparation of briefings for requesting the necessary services from external vendors and interaction with the procurement and legal functions for the finalization of contractual contents. Support in the implementation of promotional initiatives through interaction with project vendors. Support in the management of congress activities (delegations, stands, other forms of sponsorship) in collaboration with the congress & events function.
