**JOB PURPOSE
- Marketing Strategist will be part of Prada Group Marketing Department and will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. -
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define marketing objectives, target segments, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate the marketing data collection and strategy to help our data science team to build accurate models like: Marketing Mix Modeling and Attribution models, marketing campaigns optimizations and budget allocation
- Identify and recommend effective communication and marketing channels to reach target audience segments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing strategy and communication channels
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives
- Track and analyze market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus- Proven work experience as a Marketing Strategist or in a similar strategic marketing role-
- Experience in projects- Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques- Familiarity with DMP (Data Management Platform) and CDP (Customer Data Platform) concepts and implementation- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies- Fluency in written and spoken English
