Blowhammer is a 100% e-commerce streetwear brand born from the fusion of creativity and innovation. It uses just-in-time production to enhance sustainability and "slow fashion, " producing items only once purchased by the consumer. The choice of materials is intentional, thoughtful, and, most importantly, traceable, allowing customers to make informed and responsible purchasing decisions. Now in its tenth year, Blowhammer continues to grow strongly in the sustainable fashion sector. The brand is about to enter an especially exciting chapter, with plans to expand its catalog of designs, experiment with wearable fashion, and collaborate with international designers and artists. To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Strategist to join our team. WHAT WE'D LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF Marketing Strategy Development: Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies that promote our brand, increase brand awareness, and optimize sales. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans, aligning strategies with business goals and market trends. Brand Management: Collaborate with the team to manage and develop the brand image, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all communications and marketing channels. Development of Social Responsibility Campaigns: Design and implement marketing campaigns that highlight the brand's commitment to sustainable and responsible practices. Creation of UGC (User-Generated Content): Encourage and manage the creation of content by users, using customer testimonials and images to highlight authenticity and trust in the brand. Engaging with Designers and Creative Teams: Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with new collections and fashion trends. Events and PR Activities: Plan and manage product launch events and public relations activities to increase brand visibility and engage customers. Development of Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships with other brands, designers, or artists to create limited-edition collections or exclusive events, amplifying brand visibility. Trend Analysis: Conduct advanced research on emerging trends and purchasing behaviors, using predictive analytics tools to anticipate changes in the fashion market. Data Analysis: Prepare detailed reports on campaign results and sales performance, providing recommendations to improve future marketing strategies. WHAT WE WISH YOU'D BRING WITH A degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Design, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle sector. Experience or a desire to join a rapidly evolving and scaling organization. Business proficiency in English (B2/C1). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. A mindset that is both analytical and creative, with a solution-oriented approach. NICE TO HAVE Previous experience in large-scale project management. International work experience.
