What you'll do:

- You will be responsible for making sense of the marketplace that we operate in, helping the business to understand what consumers want, how they differ, and who we should be prioritising within our plans.

- You will be the business owner of strategic recommendations across the marketing mix, based on solid analysis and supporting data

- You'll lead on the planning process for our portfolio of Sky brands (Sky, Sky Wifi, NOW), drawing on a range of consumer, business and market insights to develop our annual/quarterly strategies.

Working collaboratively with the marketing, commercial, proposition teams within the verticals, you'll help guide each product and proposition role within the plan

- You'll ensure our plans continue to remain fit for purpose.

You'll put forward recommendations to ensure we're leaning into the context whilst addressing and/or capitalising on key opportunities and risks identified.

- You will be responsible for overseeing the campaign milestone process, ensuring our biggest marketing campaigns are developed on time and on brief in order to deliver against the strategy and marketing plans you've developed.

- You'll then harness and unify the collective power of Sky to lead on defining strategies and plans to help us deliver against our key strategic objectives.

What you'll bring:

- Experience working within a large Marketing Organisation or a consulting background supporting a large marketing organization is preferred.

- Strong marketing & commercial acumen with an ability to understand priorities and plans and make sound judgement and effective decisions

- An ability to turn a range of complex consumer, business and market insights into action-orientated recommendations which can drive change within the organisation

- To be a brilliant collaborator with an ability to work up down and across a complex matrix organisation, ensuring key stakeholders are supportive of our long-term decision making

- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills (Italian and English) combined to excellent mastery of Office to influence up to Director/Managing Director level

- Experience of managing and prioritising several high-profile projects simultaneously and prioritisation of team workload
