**About the role**:

**Main responsibilities will include**:

Collaboration with local Research and Clinical Marketing colleagues in the process related to **internal and external congresses and promotional activities** in line with BD Ethic and Compliance Policy

- Keep contacts with external scientific organizers handling commercial sponsorship activity and agree with BD Ethics and Compliance in the validation process of all the steps needed to Events management

- In case of BDB Congresses, identification of the right location, showing areas, didactic rooms and audiovisual equipments

Handle **promotional material stock** and prepare, collect and ship all the promotional material which is needed for Congresses and Workshops

Support **Digital campaigns and activities** to increase BDB visibility on virtual channels

- Creation of local promotional campaigns and cooperate with Europe in localization of central ones: development of promo messages on specific target groups in collaboration with local and EU Marketing

- Supervise campaigns output evaluating and putting in place corrective actions and further improvement with local Marketing

- Help in webinar organization

Deal with **Veeva Vault System** to declinate and validate local promotional and informational material (brochures related to local activities and presentations)

Agree with Local and European Marketing to implement and deliver communication around **eCommerce** platform

**Partnership with local Marketing in BD **product customization process**:

- Taking contacts with Custom Technology Team US to require quotations

- Elaborating with local Marketing and Sales a proper offer

- Following up production process with BDB US

- Taking contact with BDB EU (European Demand & Supply Planner) and with local customer service to finalize allocation process

**About you**:

- High School Diploma or higher

- Social Media Management proficient

- Business Professional English

- Experienced in crafting presentations using PowerPoint or similar software

- Advanced Office level

- Ability to prioritize

- Autonomous and proactive attitude
