Job Description We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist passionate about digital marketing and project management to join our team. The selected candidate will support the Marketing department in different missions including content development, event organization, reporting and social media strategy. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills but also creativity, autonomy and organization. Your missions: Digital Marketing Website content deployment (Wordpress) Landing pages (Hubspot) – in coordination with global teams and local sales Social Media activity (LinkedIn, YouTube) – drumbeat in coordination with France Graphics, design, advertisement, logos, banner, goodies, merchandising Collaterals and content Content development and translation existing content to Italian Creation of presentations and sales documents Communication and Brand Building Coordination with local PR Agency Newsletter (Mail, LinkedIn) Content and social media marketing Event Management Planning and implementation of Advens events and participation in trade fairs and external events Organization, delivery tracking Marketing material management (Poster, Rollup, merchandise etc. ) Reporting Develop, track and report Marketing KPIs Analyzing Marketing Data Marketing Strategy Development and implementation of marketing strategies in close cooperation with the sales department and Marketing corporate teams Social Media strategy Analysis of target groups, market, potential and competition Language skills: English (full professional proficiency - mandatory) French would be an advantage (optional) Your projects: Writing blog posts, newsletters, articles for social networks and other content for websites and social platforms Setting up and managing advertising campaigns on LinkedIn Organisation of online or face-to-face events (webinars, trade fairs, conferences) Development of a long-term content strategy to improve natural search engine optimisation (SEO). Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and events. Qualifications Is this job is made for you?
