Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist passionate about digital marketing and project management to join our team.

The selected candidate will support the Marketing department in different missions including content development, event organization, reporting and social media strategy.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills but also creativity, autonomy and organization.

Your missions: Digital MarketingWebsite content deployment (Wordpress)Landing pages (Hubspot) – in coordination with global teams and local salesSocial Media activity (LinkedIn, YouTube) – drumbeat in coordination with FranceGraphics, design, advertisement, logos, banner, goodies, merchandisingCollaterals and contentContent development and translation existing content to ItalianCreation of presentations and sales documentsCommunication and Brand BuildingCoordination with local PR AgencyNewsletter (Mail, LinkedIn)Content and social media marketingEvent ManagementPlanning and implementation of Advens events and participation in trade fairs and external eventsOrganization, delivery trackingMarketing material management (Poster, Rollup, merchandise etc.

)ReportingDevelop, track and report Marketing KPIsAnalyzing Marketing DataMarketing StrategyDevelopment and implementation of marketing strategies in close cooperation with the sales department and Marketing corporate teamsSocial Media strategyAnalysis of target groups, market, potential and competition Language skills:

Your projects: Writing blog posts, newsletters, articles for social networks and other content for websites and social platformsSetting up and managing advertising campaigns on LinkedInOrganisation of online or face-to-face events (webinars, trade fairs, conferences)Development of a long-term content strategy to improve natural search engine optimisation (SEO).
