As a trainee at Affinity Petcare, you'll have the exciting opportunity to enter our Marketing Team in Milan for Specialized Market and take part in Affinity growth and improvement.

What you will doMonitoring of brand and competition performance through analysis of sell in and sell out data and preparation of internal reports;Support in brand communication activities: Digital (e. g.

: meetings with agencies for planning, development of creative ideas, monitoring of key KPIs) TV (support in the preparation of TV campaigns in collaboration with creative agencies);Development of Artworks in cooperation with agencies and external parties and monitoring of the various stages of product packaging approval;Collaboration with the trade marketing and e-commerce team in the preparation of point of sale/digital materials, promotional materials, etc;Managing and monitoring the brand marketing budget;Daily interaction with suppliers (factories, digital agencies, creative agencies etc. )

and other internal departments (Trade Marketing, Sales, Purchasing). What we are looking forBachelor's degree in Economics/Management, preferably specialising in Marketing;Advanced knowledge of the Office package, in particular Excel and PowerPoint;Fluent knowledge of the English language;Good aptitude and propensity for numerical and data analysis;Ability to work autonomously, according to the right priorities;Ability to interface correctly with different stakeholders;Aptitude for problem solving.
