About the role
Marketplaces have an increasing importance to our Direct to consumer strategy.
Our Digital Sales business has experienced high growth and our goal is to consistently improve our Marketplace business year on year.
The Marketplace business is forecasted to have the highest digital growth over the next 3 years with greater enhancements to be made at every touch point.
Dyson is about better ideas and better technologies, as the Marketplace Executive you will play a supportive role in executing the plans, monitoring activity and implemented new ways of working that reflect the growth ambition for Dyson to succeed.

As the Marketplace executive, you will be responsible for the content displayed on our partners websites, executing the advertising campaigns on the various platforms and analysing and optimising the media performance continuously.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensuring that daily site maintenance is conducted: pricing, merchandising, product descriptions, new item listing, promotions, customer journey.
- Manage the content and product listings on our Marketplaces platforms through our Content support systems, delivering a premium customer journey.
- Champion our paid media advertising, analysing the performance of each campaign and seek to improve our return on advertising spend.
- Assist in the preparation of the daily/weekly/monthly reporting regarding agreed key performance indicators.
- Support the Category Managers with relevant insights into digital shopper behaviour to optimize overall category and marketing strategies.
- Setting up and managing promotions in line with the Direct Retail Activation calendar and align advertising opportunities in
- Working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure promotions are well merchandised and drive a positive uplift in sales.
- Work with internal to support teams to improve the order flow and automation of the back end set up.

- Lead or provide support to other projects needing focus.
- Pick up new activities that fall broadly in the purpose of the role.
- Fix things that you can see need fixing.
- Identify problems and find solutions.
Experience, Skills & Attributes
- Has previous experience of e-com, even if for a short period of time.
Previous experience with marketplaces is a plus.
- Experience working closely and/or partnering with cross functional teams especially, research and insights, digital analytics, creative and category teams.
- Knowledge and understanding of important digital performance metrics such as Traffic & Conversion analysis, Click through rate, ROAS etc.
- Strong/advanced written and oral communication skills required and must be demonstrated.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
- Experience working in a daily trading environment with daily pacing.
- Creative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- Strong team player, approachable and supportive.
- Experience working within content management is a +.
