As a Marketplace Manager Junior (m/f/d) for Italy, you will play a key role in our marketplace team.

Your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize our presence on marketplaces such as Amazon.

This position requires a proactive, hands-on mentality and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments, including customer service, project management, logistics, and IT.

Your tasks: Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with each marketplace's guidelines.

Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and maximize conversion rates.

Align Amazon strategies with the broader channel vision, supporting long-term growth goals and driving consistent performance.

Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities, develop actionable insights, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Logistics, IT) to ensure smooth product launches, comprehensive reporting, and adherence to best practices.

Your profile: You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or digital marketing.

You have prior experience in marketplace management or e-commerce, ideally with a focus on platforms such as Amazon.

You are fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

German is a plus.

You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and translate data into actionable insights.

You are highly organized, have strong communication skills, and are able to efficiently manage multiple projects.
