**OFFICE

Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub and home to all of the NGG staff functions.

Turati is where the behind-the-scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonised with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office

**THE ROLE

NGGH++ is looking for a Marketplace Operations Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Sales Operations, this role is responsible for operational processes and tools that enable go-to-market readiness for the European Sales Team.

This is a crucial back office support function which contributes to achieving revenue targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Ensure consistent distribution segmentation across the marketplace;

- Manage account classifications and align product access with account types;

- Build and maintain customer segmentation grid while working with the legal team to mitigate any impact from exceptions;

- Work closely with the product team to make sure product segmentation is mapped to customer segmentation;

- Manage product allocations, connecting with product merchandising teams and the account sales teams;

- Identify product opportunities for key accounts and support annual growth planning by sales teams;

- Track account achievement of trade terms and special programs;

- Be the main point of contact for product-related, assortment and Go-to-Market questions.

WHO YOU ARE

- Experienced in working with reporting systems, financial & business analysis;

- Consumer focused with good understanding of product and range;

- Able to balance brand and commercial aspects to build channel-specific product segmentation plans;

- Analytical and have strong problem solving skills;

- A proficient communicator and experienced in negotiations;

- Experienced in the sporting goods industry (desirable but not essential).
