**What will you do?

- Supervise, monitor and assess Independent Real Estate Consultant (IREC) and Partner Broker activities and performances on the assets of the Casavo portfolio;

- Manage IREC and Partner Broker onboarding and perform mandate assignment following dispatching guidelines and ensuring each mandate is properly managed;

- Ensure a proper handover of the mandate between the Seller Success team and the IREC network;

- Define the property dismissal plan ensure target achievement, definition of time to market and start of visits, priority, off market commercialization input;

- Support IRECs and Partner Broker on commercialization preparation, marketing material and photo collection, preparation of property advertisement; if necessary, step in to directly perform this activity ensuring the right Time to List (TTL);

- Define, if necessary, the sales levers to be implemented according to planning and feedback collected from IREC or Partner Broker;

- Run recurring analysis on the available inventory in order to ensure the most accurate forecast;

- Support IRECs/Partner Brokers in offering related activities from BOBS collection to acceptance;

- Supervise closing activities performed by IREC and Partner Brokers;

- Ensure collection of brokerage fees from sellers and buyers according to agreed commercial conditions and in line with general policies;

- Help the Marketplace Ops Managers and the HoFin the the sales planning update and forecasting.

**Key qualifications for the role

- Experience in Real Estate asset commercialization and analysis;

- Rounded analytical and data driven approach;

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

- Strong problem-solving and entrepreneurial aptitude;

- Strong organizational skills;

- Italian and English fluency.
