Marketplace Stores Management Intern
Mission
As Marketplace Store management intern, you will assist the dedicated team in achieving a long-term business strategy by providing support to the daily operations and analytical activities for Marketplaces and E-tailers.
You will contribute to the development of various sales-driving initiatives and projects.
The position requires significant interaction with different external partners and company functions including sales, marketing, finance, merchandising & buying and supply chain to help bring the projects to life.
Responsibilities and main tasks:
- Managing day-by-day activities in order to ensure a proper workflow on Marketplaces uploading products and collections according to the commercial guidelines provided by the Store Manager;
- Update the Content calendar with mock-ups/deadlines in line with new season launches and content weekly updates;
- Run daily website checks to identify, and plug content gaps;
- Supporting the planning activities related to the catalog, shooting and logistics;
- Support in coordinating technical activities and requirements;
- Being the contact person appointed to interface with the Technology and Sales teams for release/setup projects in order to maximize Group effort and delivery to the Partner;
- Coordination with support areas such as Customer Care;
Profilo
- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel are mandatory;
- University degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related fields with outstanding performance;
- Fluency in English is mandatory;
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint;
- Ability to communicate effectively with other colleagues from the Core Business and from Technology;
- Proactive attitude and work ethic; Hands-on approach and detailed oriented.
- Passion for e-commerce, marketplace and marked inclination for the Internet and its communication channels
