Job Description**:

We are looking for a Marketplaces Specialist to manage and grow the performance based marketing campaigns.

Due the potential of the role, we are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced individual who is focused on driving results.

Experience with affiliate platforms (e. g.

Linkshare, CJ, Awin, Rakuten) and knowledge of Marketplaces is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying and closing new Affiliates and Marketplaces to drive fresh sources of traffic, mentoring them in all facets of the programs and find new opportunities for marketplaces.

- Build and manage affiliate and marketplace marketing opportunities

- Analyze and define the Affiliate and Markeplaces strategies

- Managing the whole process, from price definition and margins to the operational aspects of the channel.

- Testing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure maximum optimization and efficiency

- Audit affiliate websites and performance weekly

- Monitor the KPIs, creating weekly reports and suggest improvements analyzing the results

- Present reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, ROI, etc.

Knowledge and required Skills:

- At least 2/3 years of experience in related roles

- University degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience

- Ability to work in super-fast paced, internet environment

- Problem solving and results driven

- Strong relationship building, communication and negotiation skills

- Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel (mandatory)

- Fluent English and Italian written and spoken
