**We will count on you to**:
- Develop, grow and maintain the relationship between the organization and clients with a focus on growth and retention;
- Manage a portfolio of clients, including some large, complex and/or multinational clients;
- Identify and advise on strategies for clients' risk management, risk financing and insurance needs and objectives;
- Interface closely with Specialties, Placement, Operations and Insurers to support client retention and new business production;
- Implement the Placement strategy to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service, negotiating with relevant insurance carriers to define the best solutions to meet clients' needs;
- Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses by conducting and analyzing client research, research on industry issues, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps for internal and external use;
- Attend and participate frequently in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent the Company as a thought leader.
**What you need to have?
- Master Degree in Economics, Management Engineer or similar;
- Previous experience in a client facing role, preferably in Insurance or Insurance Brokerage industries;
- Extensive knowledge of prospect clients in the assigned area;
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
