To further develop digital capabilities and create synergies, YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP has created new departments as Centres of Excellence. - One of them, the Growth Department, is responsible for driving new and existing customer growth encompassing all Digital Marketing and CRM actions at the service of our stores. Our Growth Division are now seeking a talented Martech Automation Intern to join the team.

Location: our office in Milan- Here is a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
- Help the business enabling omnichannel customer journeys in marketing operations, digital marketing, and ecommerce ecosystems.
Taking the collective YNAP brands towards shared automation based on customer behaviour. -
- Work across the wider MarTech function and business to ensure understanding of future requirements for business and customers is consistent, to priorities roadmaps. -
- Support Global CRM industrialise continuous Test and Learn, enabling the department to deliver both engagement and sales targets, whilst surprising and delighting each brand's customer.
Helping ensure we have the necessary foundations to take us towards multi-variant testing-
- Highly cooperative and adaptable in driving forward capability experimentation from conception to global strategy execution. -
- Support on the refinement of Use Case Optimization roadmap and the translation into valuable actions prioritised appropriately-
- Ensure the ongoing assessment of impact/value of new and delivered UC Features against defined KPIs. The type of person we are looking for:
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving skills-
- Ability to manage focussed timelines-
- Interest in MarTech solutions, Social Audience and Data Analysis and querying languages-
- A good communicator with effective influencing skills who always look for opportunities to share learnings within team, senior managers and stakeholders-
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies-
- Familiarities on following best practices or framework-
- Fluent in English - essential-
