Italian language is mandatory and employee is client facing.

Why can't we deliver at a lower job level?

We need employees with strong DWH Methodology knowledge, strong technical competencies on DWH tools, strong Data Management and Data Architect skills.

Moreover, the employee will have to drive team and Project Management skills are needed.

It is not possible to use employees with lower seniority than Associate Manager.

Why can't we absorb with the existing team / HC?

Current team can't absorb new tasks because Workforce is working at maximum level of productivity.

All Analytics Italian employees are allocated, so there are not available resources to use for new activities.
