ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be Primary and main point of contact for all internal and external stakholders for any question related to Master Data.

Accountable to have all Italy Market Master Data accurate and up to date on time.

In addition of the accountability of Master data, could be responsible to manage some Master Data creations or modifications in the system, or ensure that other colleagues execute their part on time in full.

**Responsibilities**:

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Be single point of contact (SPOC) for all Italy Master Data

- Resolve all issues related to Master Data

- Market referent for any question related to Master Data set up.

- Accountable for all Market Master Data completeness, readiness and accuracy in all necessary tools (SAP ECC, APO, MDG IPD database).

- Ensure all Market systems Master Data is ready on time with the most up to date information to enable operations execution accurately and smoothly especially in the scope of Innovation projects.

Coordinates with other local impacted functions when necessary.

- Provides Regional Master Data team, STC team and other connected functions with any information related to local Master Data status or value.

- Contribute to enrich the Bacardi Data Model.

- Manage local/outsourced teams to deliver the agreed SLA to the business

- Provide measurement of incident management, against agreed KPIs

Skills and Experience

**MEASURES OF SUCCESS**:

To be successful in this role you will have/be:

- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

- Excellent computer skills including Excel and SAP

- Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in a challenging, fast-paced environment

- Self-starter who works well under limited direction.

Ability to work independently with high degree of initiative and drive.

- Strong analytical skills

- Ability to make quick decisions for corrective action

- Capability to understand technical production processes quickly

**The following experiences are recommended**:

- 3 years of experience in the area of Supply Chain

- Experience in international environments
