Material Analyst

Define priority of the material delivery, assigning them to work packs and identify potential shortages during project execution. Validate and analyze production feedback relevant to materials, assuring traceability and final reconciliation. Set up and maintain material utilization factors database.

Main duties:

Combine in the most efficient manner, "available" materials with "necessary" materials for the accomplishment of the projects;Carry out the feasibility analysis for the following release to production stage;Ensure the optimized execution of: nesting sheets, profiles, tubulars;Control and compare the real utilization factors with theoretical ones. Whenever necessary, generate the request for material balance;Ensure the traceability of project materials in the yard;Interface with Procurement and Expediters for material deliveries;Provide the overall situation of project-material reconciliations entries which might be used for other projects.
